Upon further reading on fish sauce, I heard it isn't good for you because of the very high concentrations of MSG from the fish extract. I got this information from Dr Russell Blaylock, a neuroscientist. It's unfortunate to see one of the great ingredients of South East Asia being labeled a poison much worst than MSG used in Chinese restaurants. Can you please confirm this? Thanks.
