The emperor really can't be consider cheap, mainly cause he is a Trap Master, so most/all his moves make him sem cheap. really the only move that is cheap is Starfall, since once hit by a meteor you cant espace, but the 8 second charge gives ya an opening though.

Is it me or do people just not know how to dash...When Emperor Mateus is charging that skill, it's easy to stop by dashing at him before he finishes since it has a long charge...

Golbez isn't underpowered, he can chain dirty combos like a pro.
The Emperor isn't cheap. I mean, he has two HP attacks (technically three, but one is a homing Flare and the other is a Mine Flare) and his other HP attack, while unavoidable, takes 8 seconds to charge. Everything else is just his style, it'd be like calling Exdeath cheap because of his blocks, or Jecht for his combos.

@PrismRed yeah sometimes he is an ass to fight to... the most characters I hate to fight to are CoD, Golbez and Kuja all the others for me are easy I must say I'm an Emperor and Jecht player and those three always are pissing me off.

If its level 105 then the A.I. is maxed out, its aggressiveness, however, is set to be random
