Chris Matthews is implying (by saying he "completely forgot Obama was black") that white liberals usually see black people as impetuous, violent, children who could never handle the complex requirements of being President. BUT Obama is such a well-spoken, well-behaved house nigger, even a board-up-his-ass honkey like Matthews can vote for him. Obama is the guilt antidote for blue-state faggots who flagellate themselves nightly for the evils of slavery in the US (which ended 146 yrs ago).
