In my view the whole concept of 'equality' in a right thinking society has to do with 'equality' of opportunity not of result. A government that is small, taxes less, protects life, and is largely unrestrictive is one that i think we all can be happy in no matter what title you put on it.

He's wrong about no legal recourse in the UK to Quango decisions. All public body decisions can be subject to Judicial Review and all decisions not subject to appeal procedures that are independent are illegal.
