I often seem to do this . I spend the day whistling a tune (and this is a good one to whistle away the day with) and come home and have to play it out of myself !

I am inspired!

I still have to do the collaboration I mentioned with your outstanding rendition of Falmouth Polka, and working in a medley of Soldiers Joy and Polly Put the Kettle On.

I have been so busy the last few months, and distracted.

But I will let you know, in near future when I will post it.

Wow! Probably my all time favorite Irish trad song! You are doing a great job with this tune, Silasbanjo. No idea why I have not tried this one on the banjo before. The clawhammer style suits the tune perfectly! **goes away to practice** :)

@QRS666 It happens doesn't it. Some tunes really lend themselves to clawhammer. The inspiration was not mine though. It features on Mary Z Cox's latest cd though she plays it at a slower pace which sounds lovely but I have always known it more at this speed.
