@wiggyandtee well I don't believe in conspiracy theories buuuut I don't think the crown will allow such a 'thing' to happen. I wouldn't be surprised if they already had a contingency plan for ensure a 'healthy' heir.

I know this sounds a little weird but I prayed (because it would be a total waste of practice if he didn't) that God give William and Kate a special needs baby. Imagine the heir to the throne being a disabled person.
