Great call buddy.
The dullards at the Council break the Law everyday without knowing it.
Maxim of Law.. "Ignorance of the Law is no excuse".
I've dealt with the lot for 2 years. Council Enforcement, Bailiffs, and Magistrates Court.
They won't get a penny of mine. I don't do business with criminals.

@dnadocumentary i had a court already - and will make an update video - there was no real judge - all they where bothered about was to issue a liability order - tho they did not show me no proof that i am applicable etc they where in bed with councle.. :)

if you want to live under common law and not statute, then why are you referring to the Bill of Exchange Act? You can't have it both ways.
