  • My left shoulder was partially dislocated a few years ago and when doing occasional exercises it tends to pop out. Would this help it strengthen as it is kinda holding me back whenever i want to do any pull downs involving a wide grip!

  • Not criticizing you at all, great workout, but when you said people mostly miss the anterior deltoids, I think you meant to say "posterior" deltoids.

  • I take it back, actually, I did it and it ain't hitting my deltoids but my shoulder. Is that supposed to happen?

    Can I just sit while I'm working on that part so I can concentrate more on my deltoids and instead of my abs? Cus that's also an ab work out at the same time you're doing the deltoids.

  • For the first couple of exercises, I can do 5kgwhilst still presenting a challenge. For the other two,I do 12 and still feel strain. Is it normal for there to be such a difference here?

  • @GizEdwards True, but everybody's body is different. I tried that, but it didn't work. The longer the Rep. (Distance covered in resistane NOT time) the rounder the muscle is. Thus appearance of definition/ rippness.
