I'd love to hear your comments on my swing.

Here is a swing with my Taylor Made R7 Quad driver. I have been working on shortening my swing and not "crossing the line" by cupping my left wrist at the top of my backswing. I feel like i am still "coming over the top" a little as the line of flight starts slightly to the left (if you think of it in terms of a clock, my shots are starting at 11:30pm and are fading slightly when I want them to start at 12:30am and then draw. I know my shaft isnt too stiff, i just am putting an "out to in" move in the ball, when i should be swining "from the inside".

  • Slinger.

  • Nice swing. What is usually your miss pattern?

  • better than mine

  • Nice swing. But you can improve it.

  • you're grip pressure is really tight. Pretend you're holding a rabbit tight enough to stop it from jumping out but not so much as to hurt it.

    old video, any update?

  • Nice athletic swing but I believe your arms and hands are out racing your body in the backswing probably causing a flat back swing or quick transition. In your backswing try starting by lowering your left shoulder as you turn. Your left shoulder should be 26 degrees (PGA pro average) lower than your right shoulder (ie your shoulder tilt) as you turn to maintain a spine angle that will create a good swing plane. Do the opposite on your follow through so you stay with the shot. Think tempo too.

  • Keep your head at one level throughout your swing. First swing you didn't do that but it may have just been a warmup. Nice swing

  • try too get more weight on ur toes. all your weight looks like its on your heels, that will make ur swing off balanced.

  • is this in el segundo?

  • I agree, you do have a good wing. but streighten up your back a but. might help you, might not. but it helped me out, and i see that you guys been going on about the degree in the clubs. for me yes, i hit a 9.5 extra stiff shaft, and im getting way more range with it., i went to the range the other day and i swong a regular shaft and hit about 250, then i took my Extra stiff shafrt and hit about 300. and im only 14. and my regular is a 10.5, stiff is a 9.5.
