This is my crazy experiment with sound engineering. I recorded with my camcorder sounds of:
- plastic bottles
- energetic drink can
- scisors
- groats
- spray
- ruler
- driller
- CD boxes
mix it and add some effects like chorus, reverb, flanger, phaser or fuzz. The next step was to create something like music (space/disco?) and use video tracks to make video.
Btw: Stop motion animation I create during first rendering of this video (it takes over 4 hours - Vegas video isn't good to make complex 3D animations)

P.S. better - XVid version is here too :)

  • wow...! I really liked that, but which elements were actually real? I am trying to figure it out :)

  • All effects names used to modify recorded sound are displayed on screens :). The hardest sound of all instruments was "snare drum" - As You can see I build it with 3 samples with restricted order (at the beginning - bottle, after some miliseconds noise from groats on the paper).

I decided to make remix of this video experiment with vocal explanation how exactly to prepare some (or all) instruments :) I hope I finish it to next weekend :)

    Thanks and greetings :)

  • fantastic!

  • @DEJONEZ79 Thanks for rating my sound engineering skills :). Your opinion isn't first - that's why I put original recordings to my next videos (cooking the spacechip music, Plastix song). I haven't any analog synthesizers and I don't need them because today's sound processing software can make "analog chip" sound from any recorded in nature with very easy way (the real challenge is with reversed way - combine "analog chip" sound(s) to get "natural-like" sounds).

  • this all sounds are not sampling these sounds came from analog chips synths for sure, you can fooled all these ppl but not me bro...Im a sound designer so be honest to me, but anyway your track is good though I bet you like the KRAFTWERK :) cheers!!

  • @GrettaWypij9509 Thanks for interresting, but this video hasn't best audio (was uploaded long time ago). If somebody wants to get mp3 I recommend to visit lastfm webpage.

  • Wow, talk about talent, this guy has it.
