And here you're trying to tell me I'm exaggerating the importance of an extra 25% cast speed in pvp. There arent many zerks that are that high up the pvp chain, but those who are, do u kno wat they have i common? They are all rich as balls, and stack up on insane speed. I made my first male gunner a week ago. Its a lv 30 mech atm. Bring your asura and we'll see what class is abusive. And no, dont quote me just yet. How about every mage subclass? Exo? Nen master? Sb? Every gunner class? If anything, asuras fall behind all of those before you can call them abusive.
@SwagMastah You seriously treat the rune bonus as nothing? You are aware why in the kdnf league videos you NEVER see asura's using ghost orb? Because not only is it risky with a high chance of fail, you lose important cast spd as well as a buttload of int. Since you are telling me the rune bonus isnt important and should be using ghost ball instead, I highly doubt you have any pvp skill with asura whatsoever.
@SwagMastah I was sardonic when I bought up launch>agni>fire>quake as a comparison to your launch>ghost orb. Sure, that combo works, but in no way can you connect the full impact of the ghost orb after launch, making the combo both ineffective and costly (loss of cast speed and runes). And here's the derp: Ghost orb makes u lose all runes and int. Which means, agni, fire, or quake after launch WITH THE RUNE INT BONUS, will do far more damage than a ghost ball+0 rune cresent.
@madmanis12345 can use it whether your opponent is experienced or not. Why would you launch>Quake, or Agni or Fire wave? You just finished your combo for no reason. Quick and Agni are usually used as combo finishers with Fire Wave on wake up. Asuras don't use fire swords because ghost orb doesn't work, they use it for combo resets after ice. You can't really have much of an opinion here if you don't PVP much.

As long as you spam your super armor skill, it is EXTREMELY unlikely that you could get stun locked by ghost orb. That is also why asuras use a fire weapon, because it is extremely hard the first hit after unfreeze, due to hitstun protection from the ice.

Yes I have tried this and it is very much possible. The only way to get stunlocked is if it had hit you at full force while you are IDLE, not using any skill. And wats the first thing we do after we get out of ice? You obviously dont pvp much to not know the dependency of ghost orb comboes.
