At 5:43... I my opinion, mRNA should be the same as coding strand, not the template one... meaning mRNA should be AAAAA, not UUUUU, because TTTTT is the template strand..

5'-->3' (blue)= sense, +, non template or coding strand
3'-->5' (red)= antisense, -,template or non coding strand
