im guessing 2013 is peak oil and about 1 or 2 years after it (when gas is already 7-15$ a gallon and food is up and even more people are unemployed and you know with the EU about to collapse and about 5 major european countries about to have economic collapse) about 2014 or 2015 is when shit hits the fan, the world goes to hell, and an inevitable resource war, which will turn into ww3 will be the final stroke

Respond to this video... Your claim that 13% of the world's energy came from biomass fuels is incorrect. It couldn't have happened. It defies logic. Have you any idea how much biomass would be needed to supply 13% of the world's energy needs ? Besides, the energy that goes into planting, harvesting, processing and distributing this biomass enegy renders it almost energy neutral.

@lordhasen If 13% of the world energy supply came from biomass in 2008 then other crops were sacraficed like wheat, corn, sugar cane. If that happened then the prices of these commodities would have sky rocketed in price and I mean sky rocketed. The level of biomass producton at best will only make up 5% of the world's energy needs and that is with a massive orchestrated effort by Governments all over the world. This can only be done to the sacrafice of much higher food prices. Sources please ?
