NOT a bootleg! This video is from the authorized and professionally produced DVD "A Tribute to Nils Lofgren" recorded live in Rockville, MD on August 25, 2004. The DVD is available from http://www.bandhousegigs.com/Home.html or http://www.nilslofgren.com/ and it includes over 25 songs PLUS the first-ever reunion of Grin, interviews, The Nils Lofgren Day Ceremony, and beautiful concert photos.

  • Great to see something on Grin.

Unfortunately they never received the degree of attention that their output deserved.

  • If you want to buy copys of the old Grin stuff on CD or even old school Vinyl Bob Berberich the singer/drummer for Grin runs a record store in Baltimore MD called Trax on Wax. He will even sign copys if asked..a super nice guy and a real lost legend of rock n roll

  • My gosh, what are we back in 1972 here?! This is friggin' FANTASTIC! When I want to see one of my old bands do a concert nowadays I want to see and hear something like THIS. No overkill like Steve Winwood, Clapton, Stewart, and all the rest of them do. Just rock like you did back in the old days. Love GRIN!!!!!

  • Come back home

  • good to see local boy nils be successful. haven't seen him in about ten years but he was still pretty down to earth last time i talked to him

  • Wish somebody had "End Unkind" live!!!!

  • The first time I saw Nils (Grin) was in June '69 at the Sylvan Theater stage outside at the base of the Washington Monument. I had just graduated HS. The band actually had a different bass player. My impression was WHO'S THIS GUY PLAYIN' "RED HOUSE" ~ Lots of folks in the Balt/D.C. have had Nils/Grin in their hearts for a long long time, because "we all sung together........."

  • i wish it was easier to see bands this great.

  • @barbarajful I got to meet Nils and his brother in Balt before he played with E street band. this band called grin Is the Most underrated Band Ever. and I know of a lot of underated bands.I grew up outside Of Wash D C 1953

  • Back in the late 60's use to go hear them at "Black Jack 21 & Under", a nightclub for the underagers in Baltimore MD

  • NILS!
