@peasah2005 I think if blacks would have learned true integration just meant in the job market, schools and really not even that they just cheated blacks out of a better education, housing so that blacks could have nothing.
And society would have shown that being the true integration where they get this crazy fake one where it is social I don't know then blacks would have more so done so because they got it looking like it is we have to meld together in order for blacks to get a head.

A President doesn't rule anybody, a President is a manager of national affairs.
The "Powers that be" who back him an finance him are rulers.
