Howto: Enable/Disable Security Center Alerts on XP

Goto:
1. Start
2. Control Panel
3. Security Center
4. Change the way Security Center alerts me

And Enable or Disable Alerts for:
1. Firewall
2. Automatic Updates
3. Virus Protection

Start->Run b. Type "wscui.cpl" (without quotes). and Hit "Enter". c. "Change the way Security Center alerts me" Then And Enable or Disable Alerts for: 1. Firewall 2. Automatic Updates 3. Virus Protection

Hey man, when i click " Change the way security center alerts me" then alert settings don't pop up.

What is popping up, is a small window that need a safety password, or a window who want's me to buy a firewall or whatever, what do i do?
