Is it any point in having furniture on the balcony? It seems as they didnt have that in mind during the design-progress.

its cool and all, but i'm a big fan o practicality. this just doesnt seem much better than a normal balcony

thats good if you want to smoke a cigarette but dont wanna have the smoke in the rooms. good idea, try to force that this is built in in every fuckin house in europe!

I would prefer a normal balcony, with a nice set of chairs or plants to look at.
