just noticed that my riceplates are a lot smaller than yours.. maybe it works better with smallers? Mine are like 10-15 cm in diameter.

Did your receipe today. I am a pretty unexperienced person when it comes to cooking, but it worked out well. The sauce is really tasty :). I had no problem with making the rolls. If you don´t use extremly wet ricepaper but remove excees liquid before you start, it works pretty well.
Thanks for your great receipe!
I also registered on you website and read the "first part" of 7 it´s pretty good, would advice more people to read it. Thanks for making such great content for free!

zomg these loook SO GOOD! I just had similar rolls at a vegan restaurant for the first time yesterday and have been craving them ever since I left so I started looking up some recipes. Will probably be using yours and throwing a few more herbs in (basil, coriander, cilantro), can't wait =)

fresh spring rolls are originally Vietnamese dish
Other countries are only copies
We made these last night, what a blast, the whole family got involved! It really helps to place your wraps in lukewarm water, they get soft much faster for an "assembly line" type of dinner. We made a peanut sauce, a chili sauce, and a organic teriyaki sauce, for dipping, they all turned out excellent. Thank you so much for your recipe, we have been raw now for 15 days, and need all the help we can get!!!!

Great job. Thanks for posting. I like your presentation style. You explain everything very clearly. If you don't sound like you've been to a voice coach, then good! There are too many slick presentations on food for my taste. I'm a fan of real people who are enthusiastic about food. So, spend your money on great ingredients and leave the voice coaches alone.
