  • Good job on the video and on the hair--you look so cute!

And OMG you have the most gorgeous eyes!!!

  • @SusieCruisie thanks!

  • hi, why do you use vinegar? im gonna do my own kol-aid soon.. does the apple cider vinegar smell?

  • I think I found a recipe on youtube that used ACV in natural hair dye. I just figured that it would help with the color b/c on its own the ACV has been lightening my hair whenever I use it as a rinse. also, I tried the conditioner/kool-ad mix to see if it would work and the mixture wasn't sticking to my hair.

the ACV doesn't smell that strong when mixed w/ the other ingredients.

  • thanks and was your hair clean before you dyed it? like did you wash and retwist your hair then dye or wash dye and retwist or dye without wetting your roots?

  • no, I was actually due for a wash when I dyed my tips blonde. on the box it says that your hair should be clean though. maybe the color shows up faster, I don't know. b/c I interlock rather than retwist I didn't really have to do antyhing to my roots; they were still pretty tight from the retightening I had 2 weeks prior to the color. after the whole coloring (my tips), washing, and conditioning (my entire head) the hair was loose around my hairline.

  • im srry if u takin dis da wrong way but dat is dumb nd ghetto as fuk who wud put kool aid n dey hair

  • oh okay. thanks :D

  • thank you! I left it in while I was watching a movie so I don't really know how long it was in. I would leave it in for as long as possible. maybe even over night. b/c it washed out so quickly, I would recommend just using a semi-permanent color instead. I did mine about 2 weeks after dying my tips and it turned out okay. it washes out too, but not as quickly as the kool-aid.

  • how long did you leave it in? bc i have dark hair like you and i wanna dye my hair with red kool aid too lol. and i like yur hairstyle. very pretty :]
