During Mardi Gras in New Orleans it is almost impossible to get through some of the traffic, as you can see, in the French Quarter. You can call the NOPD Traffic Division and pay for the service to move a large group of people (in our case 40 people in two mini busses) from poit A. to Point B.

I know at the begining of Part 1 the movement it looks kinda easy, but in part 2 when we come off the interstate you can see why we need them.
