This scene is different in the books. Much bloodier. The Lannister soldiers wear helmets with open face and Syrio is poking out their eyes and makes them hitting each others (one cuts off the legs of another, because Syrio jumps out of the way) He is also removing the helmet from one and crushes this skull then. Using just another one as a shield who is then stabbed by his comrade and so on. Not just beating armour like in this one.

@TheDeserthunta he is not a stark also the book mentioned that he died?I dont think it did.just because he is not shown doesnt mean he must've died.

@TheDeserthunta you dont become the first sword of braavos for nothing either.also,if he hit them fast enough,armor wouldnt work much especially if you attack on the open parts of the armor(neck,knee,elbow etc.)

@SuperThecrap they werent wounded r dead he hit them (all clad in heavy armour) with a wooden sword they were stunned caught unaware and if u were watchin the man wasnt slow. you dont become kingsguard for nothing.
