This is nuts, read between the lines. We will be told where to live, how to live, what to eat and you will be fit into the pattern or you will be arrested because the computer says you don't fit!
I'm predicting... more layoffs will occur with the implementation of such amazing technology. Perhaps sooner or later, humans are no longer needed for any jobs.

They are referring to NEW buildings, like Bank of America's new 900ft tower on 42nd st
