In the Qur'an Allah(swt) says that man is created "FROM EMITTED FLUID."(86:6) Not by emitted fluid, not with emitted, but FROM emitted fluid. We are created THROUGH the union of the sperm cell and the egg, which are FROM EMITTED follicular FLUID, and EMITTED seminal FLUID.
Without the emission of the fluids, the cells of reproduction cannot get to their points of fertilization in the natural process.
