I have to say, you know much about golf, but your clip is propably the stupidest clip ever. Garcia`s put on 18th hole was not a major meltdown. He said later that his put was perfect, line of the put was going just like he wanted. My favourite golfer, Jean Van De Velde had a bad bounce from the grandstand (his 2nd shot) and ended to impossible place to play. If that shot would have ended to OB( not to bounce back,he would have played 6 to win. The unluckiest guy ever.Hope he gets another chance!

@hartigan55 If Van De Velde hadn't taken a driver from the tee he wouldn't have had to play over the grandstand with his 2nd. He was on the tee knowing he could have hit 3 to the green and 2 puts to win but the idiot chose a driver and sprayed it.

Van De Velde was lucky his errant tee shot didn't end up in the burn off 18. And how can you say he was unlucky because he was the guy aiming for the grandstands so he could get a free drop. Anyone who tries that can't complain about bad luck. His biggest mistake was he hit the wrong club and go away with it. All he had to do was hit a 9 iron and 9 iron and he wins by 3 strokes. Also, after his drop, he went for the green instead of the fairway! Still, he handled it with a lot of class.

87 british open. azinger led from the start. day 4. faldo makes 18 pars. a good round but nothing stellar. azinger bogey's 17 & 18 and loses by one to who? yep! :P

Especially after he almost hit it in a burm off the tee! Unluckiest guy ever? He later played the same hole with a putter from tee to green and made a six. Unlucky, how about stupid? You need to learn something about the game of golf!
