The only reason FIFA sells more is because EA is a much richer company than Konami (who are Japanese btw not Chinese) with the ability to market the game more etc. Look at Windows and Linux, there are more Windows users but that doesn't mean it's better than Linux, it's because Microsoft are so rich they can afford so much advertising and marketing.
