  • 1:12 for skip the shit

  • @TheWALOS I see that's cool. My problem is, I don't like bugs to begin with. If there is anything I'm afraid of it's bugs lol. I won't go near them let alone eat them.

I haven't eaten any for a couple years. But, I included them in my diet to lose weight after I found out that they're a staple of a natural human diet.

  • @TheWALOS whoa you've eaten a lot of insects! lol that's cool :) do they compose of your regular diet or is it more of a novelty thing for you?

  • @77rxpharmacy

Crickets, Grasshoppers, and Roaches taste like legumes, maybe a bit sourer. Mealworms have a mild buttery flavour, and taste closer to bacon when they're cooked properly. Sago Grubs taste like coconut and herb butter when they're fried. Ants taste like, hmmm, not a whole lot, but they are crunchy. Superworms taste like crab, as does Tarantula. Fruit-flies taste candy-sweet if you've gorged them on bananas or apples. Termites have a really delicious savory flavour live.

  • @TheWALOS really? what insects have you eaten? and do they taste like anything you could describe?

  • @77rxpharmacy

If you look into human evolution, and the evolution of our closest relatives, we're most likely omnivores with our meat intake being almost exclusively insects. Before farm-raised meat sources like chicken, cows, pork, lamb, etc, we ate insects and possibly fresh-water fish. Believe it or not but most insects actually taste amazing straight off the ground.

If we were meant to meat cows, chickens, lambs, and pigs, we'd be their natural predators, and we're not. Plain and simple.

  • your'e a champion !!

  • ooooh shet that is yuccky...i mean i can eat it too if i think about Pumba or timo back at lion king..and grubs have a high scource of protein.
