@anitaroddick4 In fact, when her daughter Dondi was seeing too much spellbound watching things out her third eye and couldn't sleep when was little, she got her to just like pull an eyelid or whatever down on the third eye and that stopped that energy beam and projection.

@God7Drugs7Debate She shows to thumb up the third eye. Drag the thumb up your forehead a bit and then pull it horizontally forward. This opens the energy pathway to open up the third eye. Maybe that would help with the ideal flow and pressure. Otherwise yahoo groups has a forum osk. Also the crown pull (which also according to her allows you to think better, clears the energy and opens you up to higher inspiration.)

@God7Drugs7Debate - I did the same thing - the energy has to go up or down - if you follow the guidance that you get from your third eye it goes up to the crown - if you exercise, weights and cardio it will go down throughout your body and if you have sex it will go down.

I really need help I have been practicing hypnosis over the summer and have awakened my third eye... i have also had psychic abilities since I was little, not much but being able to see things and know things... i have been having third eye pressure frequently can anyone help me control this?
