Starbow_I Wanna Be Free

New Zealand Band Starbow were a morphing of The Zarks into Omnibus into Starbow. Here are Starbow captured live at Waikino Festival January 1977, this was on super 8 film and had no sound so a recording from the same era "I Wanna Be Free" by Starbow has been superimposed.

Starbow were: Larry Killip, Denis (Tub) winters, Paddy Gibbons, Kerry Grimshaw. Original Zark Mike "Boogie" Harrison makes a brief appearance on bass at the beginning. Peter Terry festival organiser also makes a brief appearance as stage manager, Peter went on to organise/manage the huge Nambassa festivals in New Zealand later in the 1970's.
