I love the Silver Star my wife and I take it all the time from Tampa FL to Penn Station NYC. It's a great ride! I have videos on my youtube page check it out.

i still dont understand what the whole point of going through all the trouble to back into Tampa Union Station. they go through all that trouble to get into the staiton and for what? to pick up 6 people??

Was that Engineer Paul Gleason? He ran the Silver Star back in the 90s when I still worked for the local transit authority. I don't have as much time to railfan anymore with family and job responsibilties. Haven't seen him in some years.
