yer the new update..only mcvs can biuld base defence..if u wanan biuld them faster biuld another mcv :D..but if u want to biuld base defences with the old version.uninstall then reanstall ur game

btw you should use venoms in combination stealth tanks and beam cannons... to provide better hit and run tactics ou put stealth on beam cannons... venoms for air and infrantry, beam cannons for bildings and stealth tanks for armor units...
and bilding deffence in begining of the game sucks... first thing you bild is war factory...
and freely put one shadow squad in occupied bilding and two missile squad... better that way..
