Final workout of the six week series!
Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes using the following rep scheme: (Thruster weight is 100lbs for men, 65 lbs for women. Pull ups are "chest-to-bar", chest must touch bar every rep.)
3 thrusters, 3 pull ups
6 thrusters, 6 pull ups
9 thrusters, 9 pull ups,
12 thrusters, 12 pull ups,
15 thrusters, 15 pull ups,
Etc, etc, ...
Amanda completed the reps up to 15 thrusters, and 13 pull ups (total of 88 reps in 7 minutes)!
