@mauiphotofestival Thanks for the info. I just got a Pixi Plus and I love it. however, I can't find the mobile hotspot in the app store, even though I've tried a variety of search terms. is there somewhere special you have to look, or is it in the basic app catalog?

@terroralpha1 You download the mobile hot spot app from the Palm Pre app store (it is free). Then you go into your account either online or call them and activiate the mobile hotspot feature (which was $49/mo. and is now FREE). Then you use the mobile hotspot app. That's it.

And I do own an iPhone. I like the form factor if the Pre better. The iPhone virtual keyboard is better than the Pre real keyboard. Pre multitasks (and webos is slick), iPhone one app at a time but 130,000 of them.

i can tether my iphone via bluetooth to my hp mini in like 1min or by usb in like 30 secs for free or at least until they catch me hahah
