Ah, yes, this one goes way back to 2003. A great little film. 1 Minute long.

Way more info than you ever cared to learn about this film:

Fridge on Deck was shot one August day in 2003 while Jason Vanderhill was in the midst of moving from one house to another. Observing a neighbour from a dining room window, Jason was led to photograph this one minute stop motion study on the mechanics of fridge assembly.

The film was made without a tripod, without a director, without a rehearsal, and without shooting a single roll of film (a digital camera was used instead). Half way through the shoot, the camera lens fogged up due to the heat and humidity of that day, and a fan had to be quickly brought in to clear the air. The lens was cleaned by hand and filming was quickly resumed. Fortunately, only a few moments were lost in the process.

Relive all the excitement, the action, and the drama of a man and a fridge on centre stage, from the vantage point of someone else's dining room.

This film was selected for the One Minute Film Festival in 2003, held in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

(Ah, yes, the One Minute Film festival. Without a doubt, Cats and Pants was my favourite short from the 2003 festival! Perhaps one day it will come to YouTube!)
