SPACE:

Want to know why we don't have to worry about our sun burning out? It's because long before that happens, the sun will expand so enormously that Earth will be cooked to a cinder. Take a tour through the solar system, learn about the event horizon of black holes and when our galaxy began.

EINSTEIN'S RELATIVITY:

Everything in the universe is traveling through space-time at the speed of light - the maximum speed possible. If you are sitting still in space, then you are traveling through time at the maximum speed. But if you begin traveling through space, then your progress through time slows down. Time Dilation and other relativistic phenomena await you in this interesting series, so hurry up and slow down!

  • @michalchik I just realised something, when for instance hubble is looking at stuff lightyears away its looking at the past! wich means if there was a shortcut or we could use teleportation trough space we could in theory use a telescope from that point lightyears away and watch how our own planet was before!!!

  • and people wonder why I don't believe there is a god. The things we know about the universe are soo strange like time stopping at the speed of light and going back in time if you travel at the speed of light... To say the universe always existed sounds pretty plausible when thinking about all of these things.

  • from what ive read before. time travel is essentially sending an object, whether it be a satellite, a human being, or piece of fruit at the speed of light or greater. only problem with that is whenever you send matter through like that it wont work without and equal amount of dark matter...im kinda curious to see people unravel those theories

  • @TheSunnycar teleportation is too a word

  • @boxingisbest Yup, that's how we've gotten most of our info about planet formation.

  • @boxingisbest that absolutely blew my mind

  • This just completely blows the mind. It's amazing.

  • @boxingisbest okay fine maybe dark matter but I still don't think you can teleport, maybe go through a wormhole -,- and obviously through the pipe, but space isn't like that, even though it has dark matter, we already know that sound cant travel through space, and as soon as you get into space you will get torn apart anyway from the vacuum. and having some sort of spacesuit would just require more energy

  • @TheSunnycar In theory if you could teleport materials or use some kind of shortcut trough the fabric of space it could work. and space is not nothing it consists of dark matter wich of course scientists needs to study more before i can tell how it works but my guess is that space is like the water in the ocean. Drop a rock into the ocean and see how fast it falls trough then put some kind of pipe into the water and drop the rock trough the pipe wich ones faster?
