Author claims CIA still testing drugs on people

In August 1951 a small French village near Marseilles became a part of CIA funded experiment with drugs. As a result 500 people were affected, there were at least three suicides and 40 people were taken to a nearby psychiatric institute. That's according to Hank Albarelli, an American writer who spent over ten years looking into who was behind the secret tests. RT's Marina Portnaya met the author in New York.

Being the capitalist country that we are, what makes any of you think that a government agency is any different than a corporation. The CIA is a capitalist corporation who has a demand for pharmaceutical products. And like pharmaceutical companies the CIA makes and test the products it needs where it can be done without them getting caught. With this they all try and keep their innovations, research, and results away from the eyes of the competition.
