In response to our competitors claims that the Bianco Rainsaver operates by mixing tank water and mains (known as "Shandying"), we have created the below video to demonstrate these claims are false.

Bianco Rainsaver is a water tank changeover device that switches between your rain water tank and town mains supply. Unlike other changeover devices currently on the market, the Bianco Rainsaver does not mix rainwater & mains water this - is referred to within the industry as "Shandying". Also we have demonstrated that the Rainsaver does not need mains pressure to start the pump.

We are using a Divertron 1200 submersed in Blue dyed water (representing tank water) and connected to a Bianco Rainsaver MKIII Change Over Device.
Please watch our video demonstration and feel free to add your comments and Rate it.

  • but is it energy efficient?

  • @leredsock The RainsaverMK3 rainwater/mains changeover device does not consume any power.

Some other rainwater/mains changeover devices use solenoid valves to close mains or heater plates to detect flow that require power.

  • Certainly saves the rain!

  • Good to see you set the record straight & just as GREAT to have a forum like this to prove a point !

I.M.H.O the Pump industry "Negative Chatter" is all due to the HUGE success of The Rainsaver MK3 as a simple, cost effective product that has smashed the "Party & Cartel at Play" with Davey, Onga, et al.

The misleading ways, Piss Poor Management style, Cranky Shareholders, & a SLIDE-DROP in Pump & Mains Switch market share all make the Free Fall Tower at Dreamworld feel like a Balloon ride!
