This was easily the best season of American Idol. None could even compare with David Archuleta and David Cook.

This is ridiculous. I feel like an idiot smiling so damn hard as I watch this vid. I find their duet so wonderful; that you can tell the distinct difference between their voices yet together they create a melodious wonderful blend.

don't agree at all. I think the 2 of them sound awesome together, their voices compliment one another, one of my favorite Idol duet performances.

I love Archie, but he sometimes has trouble in duos because he holds back -- probably to be "polite", knowing Archie.
The result was that he wasn't as good here. Even Archie said on Larry King that he hoped he'd been "drowned out" by Cook.

Both Davids deserved it.
for all the die hard archuletta fans, the music world is NEVER going to let David Archuletabe forgotten. The first time he sang imagine by John Lennon, record companies began lining up to sign him.
best of both worlds.

I was quite pleasantly surprised at how well their voices blended! I didn't expect that.
