Wayne Rakett is ripped, hard, and strong and he is a 54 year old example of health and fitness. He says he started weight lifting in his early teens and has kept the habit up through out his life. He is now training for the Total Package bodybuilding and physique competition ,coming in mid September, and he is training with Darrell Terrell to maximize his training and development.
