  • My dad played the saxophone in this song.

  • @JohnnyTRex99 If it's not a Ford it's a Ford Mercury and looks to be somewhere between '51-53. 54 is more disticnt but my father's model had a similar grill to this. sorry. cool tune huh? a pickin partner of mine who used to play with him said he was really into working on cars as well as guitars.

  • If I could turn back the hands of time to see someone that is no longer among us, Danny would have to be one of my top choices..yes, Danny would be on that list with Elvis, Jim Morrison, Buddy Holly, Eddie Cochran and Gene Vincent...and Roy Buchanan.

  • This is on "Cruisin Deuces" ...brilliant song and guitarist. Just BRILLIANT.

  • @Skyhors3 Thanks Skyhors3, did you ever watch the old '50's era TV show Highway Patrol with Brodrick Crawford?

  • @pigboycooter It's 1950 ford

  • For the sake of music alone.

  • @Tele295 Was he using the Maestro Gibson EP series, or did he have other tape echo stuff?? The Dynacord is an excellent quiet machine that takes tons of abuse. Evans also made an OK unit, I have the EP series complete from EP1 low and high #s through the EP 3 with sound on sound which I rarely use, but I do use the 3s live just because the acoustics of most dives I play at were never great and why put wear on the tube units. The Dynacord Std large Echoplex is very dependable too!

  • @LMTTrueReview well your dad cooked on this tune

  • @LMTTrueReview Very cool....

  • @LMTTrueReview Your dad is a great sax player then.......

  • @LMTTrueReview is he the one that looks like george lucas?
