  • @SpazChat Most of the llegends of the 1960's can't sing anymore. Certainly Aretha, Dionne, Patii, and Connie Francis are also among the group whose voices have seen much better days. .I don't know why people still pay to see them, but they do. I guess they still remember how they were in their heyday and want to see a famous celebrity. Diane's deteriorated voice is very dependent on her sound system, the phony SUPREMES, and the orchestra to carry it off. I wouldn't go see any of them!

  • @kurtsupreme , then how does someone who can't sing get booked at concerts where people pay her to sing. I don't understand. Diana uses auto-tune now? It's about time

  • @SpazChat As far as I am concerned, Diane's voice today is shot. She is dependent on overpowering phony SUPREME background vocalists, a full orchestra, and electronic sound system synthesizers to correct her voice. If you call that still being able to sing, I'll have to disagree! Yes, thank the Lord that the brilliance of THEIR voices live on in the recordings of the legendary SUPREMES.

  • Sounds so different from Today. Jeeez. Even sounds much different from The Supremes of 1966

  • @kurtsupreme Yes, this is very true Kurt, but the brilliance of her past high-soprano voice lives on, thanks to recording technology

  • @kurtsupreme Diana can still sing, but it's not the brilliant , accurately pitched, fluid, high soprano she had from 1968 to 1975

  • @carolinaguy321 When was Diana not a screech owl? LOL! Bless her heart. She actually seems to be singing in a lower key than usual here.

  • Diane does pretty good on this one. This one slipped by me! The group was always stellar because of the fabulous, top-rate back up. Together, the three were perfect and all played a major part in the sound. Peace and thanks for the upload.

  • Diana does pretty good on this one. I've always like the group for the remarkable back up. I likes. Thanks for the upload.

  • @pookiechristopher Mary's voice deepened with age, not smoke. And Flo was still a soprano, very much so.
