Fallout New Vegas - Meltdown Perk

With Energy Weapons at 90, you can obtain the Meltdown perk which causes an explosion when you kill someone with an energy weapon. You can cause a pretty devastating chain reaction if enemies are grouped.

Explosives damage on top of plasma? No prob. Take Adamantium Skeleton and Duck and Cover and you're practically invincible.

I have this perk,its good,very good,but sometimes really annoying,u basicly cant use energy weapons near anyone,if it explodes,it fucking cripples all of your limbs.
