I found that using a lot of "... em... arr... you know, you know" in my videos made them more boring - even to myself. Also, I'm amazed with how slow I start to speak once I'm before the microphone. That's totally not good for the flow.
Also, when you make a longer talk, it seems to be good to tell first what point you want to get to. Otherwise, there is no suspense or direction.

@matthewtaylorbrown Yes, my style is very crass and vulgar at times, but that's part of my charm :)
In addition to being an atheist I'm also a nihilist so I tend to have a "fuck it all" attitude. I know that this is off-putting to a lot of people, but quite frankly I don't give a shit. Some people like it. You can't please everybody.
