@Jeenyus1983 Sorry to burst your bubble, but perpetual motion is physically impossible. It violates the laws of thermodynamics, not to mention logic.

@averredude101, yeah, thrust isn't determined by weight, but by shape and speed of blade.

Shit company to work for

Just a question,
if all the blades where light would that make the engine fuel efficient and still manage to produce lots of thrust?

They supress real change at the local level by bying out every competing technology - like the car built out of OEM part that did 100 mpg and was street legal by San Diego State University students - They are building MOX reactors in Georgia as I write this - the same reactors that blew in Japan, just newer model. READ THE DOE papers on this - they are indemnified!!! Now they can kill us and not worry about it. ALL RADIATION KILLS AND MAKE LIFE LESS PRODUCTIVE

@oday215 I have a problem with all the multinational U.S. companies that behave like GE.
They could pay their share of taxes and still make a huge profit. What they did should be illegal and probably will be soon.

@HighCardWins GE has helped me out financially, and they helped millions of other people. and im pretty sure your washer and dryer is from GE. They have been a big influence to our modern society, i don't think it's right to single them out
Because of GE's shaddy accounting practices, they made billions in profit and paid ZERO dollars in taxes! They even recieved billions in refunds. Thanks for helping screw our country GE.

OK, so help me design a turbine for my 254 pound personal ultralight helicopter. My gas producer pushes 1000degF air out a 3" dia tube at 35psi. The power take off turbine needs to be 14" dia or less and turn at 2600 rpm. Can I extract more than 40 HP? You guys should have a computer program that can compute all this in 5 minutes - where it will take me - like forever!
