These boys need to straighten their backs more.

How? They must rotate down on their hips more, sinking the crowns of the buttocks closer to the court forcing their buttocks to become parallel to the court.

Look at how most of these guys are leaning too far forward, their chins over their knees.

These coaches are blind. What they're teaching is wrong.

The bands are right. The methods taught, wrong.

@theUSER101 This coach Played Professional Basketball oveseas for 20 years. There are as many different training methods as there are coaches. We respect your thoughts and opinion but to quickly answer your questions. he played D1 basketball for 4 years. Went to the NCAA tournamnet twice, and the number of games over 20 years professionally is to many to count including off season and summer ball.
