You do know, this isnt about someone who had their balls removed, its about someone who had tonsilitis and he had an operation on them that went wrong. If you find another video, it carries on and someone in the audience had the same problem. The translation is wrong, he still has his testicles. And the woman next to him is in a wheel chair because of an operation that went wrong in her spine.
Its still hilarius, but its not his balls he has lost, his voice has changedfromoperationonhistonsils.
