I have a question I just order my hair dye I'm a first time customer n they charged me 9.98 I believe for the tools,I though it came for free with the dye for first time customers?

@purplelishes13 At some point in the past we were providing coloring tools for free for first time customers. Unfortunately, that promotion is currently not running.

@esalon I was expecting the tools to be free but i figured the deal wouldn't last. Since we did pay $9.98 shouldn't that include having the coloring cloak?

@aiyumi411 We were initially including a cape with our coloring tools set. However, for the past several months we haven't been including or advertising that item with out tools set. Sorry, for the confusion!
