The Casimir Effect uses a brand new method to levitate a playing card. Up close, in full light.

this cant possibly be a quantum vaccuum. cards arent solid plates and even if they were you would need a special lens to make the force repel. this is confusing because if there are no strings or magnets what makes it levitate?
