@sharronjermaine We don't warm the sea spaghetti. We sometimes warm foods in the winter when it is cold but no need at the minute. Warm to 115 degrees F to retain nutrients!

Do you personally warm the sea spaghetti at all??? If not, why not? I thought if you are on raw lifestyle that its ok to warm something but not cook it. Is that true?
