This is mugen, so technically it might be real. But he sure as hec did NOT make the characters, stages, etc...They were made by people of the MUGEN community.

Yes you are download the characters from the website then put them in the character cnf file but you will have to make the character select screen bigger see mugen help page at the website

It is a game i have made so people can download it for free by going to the website. Its not an official game but is as real as i could make it you can decide whether it is real or not enjoy !!!!!
