Bill Clinton on Rick Perry (extended)

Here's part of Bill Clinton's remarks at the International Association of Fire Fighters conference in Manhattan on August 15, 2011.

During this part, Clinton refers to Rick Perry as a "good-looking rascal" and says widespread denunciation of the federal government is "crazy" and leads to policies that will hurt the economy.
